I want to guide people to become better in their sport. I have the most experience in Taekwon-do, which I have been practicing since 2014. In my free time, I occasionally participate in strongman competitions, ice baths, and core training (general fitness). I am convinced of the benefits of proper breathing in sports. No tricks or fixed protocols; it's tailored, as everyone is different. I have access to a training space where we can freely try out different breathing techniques during a session, either privately or in a small group. I am always looking for challenges and improvement, and I want to do that together with you.
