Maartje from Holistic Practice Aluwavu is happy to help you (re)find your balance. This can be achieved with the help of Reiki, sound bowls, and various letting go techniques such as EFT and Sedona. We will look together at what suits you. Aluwavu stands for Earth, Air, Water, Fire. Elements that strengthen each other, but when one element is out of balance, it pulls the others along. Aluwavu symbolizes for me the wholeness: Balance between the different holistic levels makes you strong. Holism assumes 5 levels: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. When one of them is out of balance, it also disrupts the others. Holistic practice Aluwavu is happy to assist you in (re)finding your balance.
