Dear you, Welcome to Avalonia lifestyle, this is the safe place where we will look together at what you need. I do this by looking at all holistic levels: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual, so the entire body. By reconnecting with your body and often overloaded mind, you can experience rest and relaxation again. First, I will listen with a warm heart to what occupies you and where there are complaints in your body. Then we will see what the best method is for your treatment. For more relaxation, I use sound bowls, and for more alignment and balance, I use gemstones. If you want to let go of old themes, we will work with the Sedona method or inner child work. I also like to work with card decks to get answers to questions or the intention of your treatment. I perform healings with Reiki or Kundalini Reiki, where the universal and your own life energy is reactivated. Your own energy will flow again, and your chakras will be treated and aligned for more balance in your body. Through complete relaxation, you can get out of your head and feel your entire body again. The treatment is equivalent to a few hours of sleep for your mind. During a nice cup of tea, we discuss the treatment afterwards: what were your experiences and insights, and what do you still need? The one-on-one treatments are offered as standalone sessions or a Mini offer. This offer consists of 3 treatments where we work on transformation and profound change in self-love. I will also be organizing women's circles next year with a dear friend in the Rotterdam and Sliedrecht area. The theme will change continuously, providing a safe space to be completely yourself.
