Hi, I am Bianca. I would like to help you experience more self-confidence, so you can take control of your life again. Often, you are not aware of your thought patterns and how they affect the emotions in your body. Because of this, you may quickly push through with back pain, headaches, or other persistent issues. Or perhaps you have already tried so much, hopping from physiotherapist to doctor to hospital and the next specialist. But you haven't really looked into the root of your complaints yet. Mental and physical issues can throw your life out of balance. Your confidence takes a hit. You experience grief or loss over the capabilities of your body. You feel stressed or have trouble sleeping. By examining your systems, patterns, vitality, and especially your body, we will strengthen your self-confidence. Your self-acceptance will grow, and your realization that you are a unique and beautiful person will too. In addition to my education, training, and self-reflection, I am also an experiential expert.
