As a professional body-oriented coach and as someone with lived experience, my mission is to reconnect you with yourself and your body. Do you have unexplained physical complaints (muscle pain or tension, joint pain, dizziness, fatigue, abdominal pain), stress-related issues, and/or suffer from an overstimulated nervous system? A feeling of always being 'on', a pressured feeling, or tension-related complaints? Do you long for inner peace, connection with your emotions, and control over your own life? Through body-oriented (relaxation) exercises, discovering what your body signals are trying to tell you, and exploring your limiting beliefs and fixed patterns, you can turn the tide from dependency on your complaints to ownership. During coaching, you will reconnect with yourself and your feelings, connecting with your heart and gut while getting 'out' of your head. This stimulates your body's self-healing ability. You will learn to recognize the boundaries your body indicates. You can again make conscious choices that are good for you. Consciously in balance!
