I was high in my masculine energy, continuously overstepped my own boundaries, lost the connection with myself completely, and ended up with a burnout. The journey inward was my path of self-discovery. During this journey, I tried many things and eventually delved deeper into what truly helped me. This has become part of my offering. The Transformation Studio is a place for consciousness development and personal growth. A place where you can transform limiting beliefs, trauma, and blockages, allowing you to find yourself again. My offering is aimed at getting the subconscious in motion so that you can let go of what holds you back, blocks you, or takes you out of your power, because only by letting go can clarity and space be created to organize your life differently with choices that are good for you and your growth. The path of willpower, unrest, and being lived becomes a path of surrender, trust, and flow. I believe that ‘the path inward’ is the answer to everything you are searching for or struggling with. Walking this path alone can be quite challenging, confronting, and frustrating because we have developed various protective mechanisms throughout our lives that want to prevent us from stepping outside our comfort zones.
