Emotion Coaching is for anyone who wants to understand their emotions and learn how to best deal with them, so that their connection with themselves and others becomes healthier or better. For example, do you want to develop more self-awareness or are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or other emotions? Emotion Coaching helps you gain insight into your emotional triggers and prevents you from suppressing, ignoring, or venting your emotions on yourself and/or your environment. You will receive tools on how to handle your emotional system, allowing you to cope with your emotions in a healthier way, which positively affects both yourself and your relationships. For years, I struggled with my emotions and thoughts. Until I discovered Emotion Coaching, which changed my life. I no longer had to carry so many stories (of myself or others), and this created space! There was space for myself, and those emotions? They are now my internal compass, guiding me in the direction that truly suits me. And this, I wish for everyone! My practice is a safe space where you can explore your emotions without judgment. You will discover what you need, as your emotions will tell you this. You will gain insights into yourself and develop skills for more control over your emotional well-being.
