Hi, I'm Eva! Energetic Coach and Expansion Breathwork Facilitator, spiritual yet down to earth with an interest in quantum physics and neuroscience, highly sensitive, with a generous dose of humor and perspective, a big lover of animals and nature, crazy about Norway, and my greatest passion is to make people aware of their potential and help them express it in a way that fully suits them, without life passing them by. I like to do things my way (a bit stubborn, so ;-)), and it is my firm belief that everyone has 'their own way' and should listen much more to that. As far back as I can remember, I always felt a bit 'different.' Later I learned that this had to do in part with my high sensitivity. I could feel the energy in a room, from other people, could sometimes not tolerate any sound. But I also felt a deep passion within me and could always intensely enjoy small things that other people didn't even seem to notice. It took a long time before I really started to follow my own path. I let myself be guided by the 'possibilities' society imposes on us; which studies we can pursue, what professions we can practice. What are 'smart' and safe options. I too have lived my life mainly from my head. I felt a lot; a deep, inner protest, but reason usually won. No talking, just doing, that was my approach; which caused me to drift further from myself. Until years ago, I was forced by a burnout to start doing things differently. It has been a great journey of discovery and the journey is actually never done. If you, like me, are always working on self-development and growth, then it is only logical that your business, or what you do, must grow (and thus change) with you. Our head just doesn't like that. That is why it is so important to learn to stay close to yourself, to have trust, and to give yourself some time to create space, so that everything can fall into place. I now know that pure magic can arise if you dare to follow your intuition, that you really must want to take leadership over yourself and also be able to rein yourself in if things are going the wrong way. Because if you do, you will do what you are here for, and nothing gives more satisfaction than that. "There is freedom waiting for you, on the breezes of the sky, and you ask “What if I fall?” Oh but my darling, What if you fly?” – Erin Hanson- Absolutely one of the most beautiful quotes in my opinion. And so true; we are so inclined to choose the worst-case scenario.. I now know what magic arises when you act from 'Feel the fear and do it anyway.' And that is what I wish for everyone, with all my heart.
