Ground Yourself

I, Esther Luna, have always been involved in personal development. Both emotionally and physically, mentally and spiritually. From a young age, I faced issues such as sexual abuse, divorce, and burnout. While processing my own traumas, I decided that I no longer want to pass these traumas on to the next generation, but rather let them end with me. This birthed the desire for everyone to live from their loving essence. This is also the purpose of Ground Yourself: to guide others in their process of awareness and to help them reconnect with their core. As a holistic coach and naturopath-in-training, I draw upon my personal experience as well as my knowledge and skills from various training programs, so that you too can lead your life from light and love.
