The frustration you feel when you find yourself stuck in all your thoughts again. You know it has to be different if you want to grow further. You know that there is so much more within you than is currently coming out. Yet, you keep hitting a wall. Ideally, you want to stand confidently and with self-love in life. Perhaps you still vividly remember what it felt like in the past, see it in others, and you actually don’t remember the last time you felt so familiar or happy. You see people shining. They act, they live, they are. But why can’t you do this? What step do you need to take? What actually works? That’s where I help amazing people. From the longing that I always had, I now get to be the one who provides what I so desperately wanted to receive in all the periods and moments that I needed it. That is my driving force, and from my experience as a peer expert and my experiences in practice as a helper, I’ve made my field of work out of this. I am incredibly proud of it every day and grateful for it. I do not work with a fixed format but adjust to each person in front of me and their wishes, desires, and obstacles. I work both live in locations that I organize myself, as well as at people’s homes and also online.
