As an energy therapist, I work together with you, person to person, to (re)find your inner strength. I help you find new insights, heal and lighten your body and mind, (re)gain your balance, and make you more aware of yourself and your own patterns. I do this from a holistic perspective, with listening, intuition, and loving attention and energy. Suppressed and unconscious emotions are addressed. Space is created again for a natural energy balance, and energy can flow smoothly through your body. Physical, mental, and/or emotional complaints are alleviated by clearing blockages in your body. I want to work together with you to ensure that you can feel good in your own skin again and that you can live to your satisfaction, feel more love for yourself and others, experience more peace in your body and mind, and above all, feel free to live again. Without having to carry all the burdens and pain with you. Since I was young, I have experienced more between heaven and earth and feel the emotions of others strongly. After a search of several years, I came to this path because I was intuitively guided to a spiritual book in the bookstore. This opened my eyes, and I found the true essence of who I am and what I want to contribute to this world. The most beautiful thing on earth for me to do is to become a valuable piece in someone's life, to help that person move forward, and to potentially provide redemption for, for example, negative experiences, unpleasant feelings and thoughts, or (emotional) pain.
