Vitality, connection, and transformation are central to Heart 4 People. I start from the core of the person, living from a connection with your heart. Breathwork is just one of the tools to give a kickstart to the change you desire, to get closer to yourself, no matter how big or small it may be. Additionally, it is essential to take a close look at your life together to see where we can work towards a transformation in your mental and/or physical vitality. I use my background as a medical assistant, my training as a breath coach, and my own life experience to help you reconnect with yourself and stand in your own power.
