It lies within yourself

In my practice, I work with body-oriented holistic therapy. I specifically focus on recovery from psychological issues, trauma, addiction, attachment problems, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I work goal-oriented and tailored to individual needs. I value clarity, pragmatism, and tangibility. I coach experientially based on my own experiences in my sessions. I specifically focus on increasing body awareness and safety in one's own body, and recovery in the broadest sense of the word. Often in trauma, you see that body awareness is not well developed, which leads to little or no boundaries being established, and their high sensitivity increases due to a feeling of insecurity. In this way, they lose trust in their own body and through boundary-crossing events, also the trust in their environment. Through touch, you will experience greater body awareness and thus more safety in connection. I have examined, experienced, and felt my own psychological vulnerabilities and underlying traumas from within and without; I too am on the road to recovery, which makes equality one of my deepest values in my treatments. I work from integrity and a safe environment, which is based on equality, understanding, and trust. Here, I utilize my high sensitivity and empathetic abilities to attune to the conscious and unconscious processes, so that I can provide targeted treatment and support in your process. A holistic consultation can provide you with insight into yourself and can create opportunities for growth and consciousness development.
