My mission is to help women reconnect with themselves. The world we live in today is busy, hectic, and always 'on'. I help you find peace and space so that you can be present with yourself again. Welcome to the Holistic Practice of Anne-Marie Duuring! I live with my family and our dog in the beautiful Hoeksche Waard. In the spring of 2018, I found myself on a lounge chair by a pool in Tenerife, having been sick due to a bore-out. This moment was a turning point, and I decided to enroll in a Mindfulness course, which was the starting point of my personal journey of discovery. My quest revolved around questions like 'What do I want?' and 'What is my passion?'. With the guidance of a coach, I dove deep into these questions. At that moment, I was completely in my head. Making the shift from my head to my heart was crucial. The journey to my true self was challenging, but the insights that everything is already within me and the ability to trust myself were transformative. In 2020, I took the step to resign from my job and go my own way. I began taking on interim assignments in my field of Human Resources (HR). Through my journey, old interests from the past also resurfaced, such as gemstones, the universe, and my curiosity about spirituality. This led to me taking Reiki 1 and Reiki 2, and ultimately to my decision to pursue training as a Holistic Therapist. During the course, I also received initiation for Reiki Master. A world opened up for me. I made even more contact with my feelings. My work experience in HR means working with and for people. I increasingly realized that I wanted to work with people in a different, more personal way, and that is how the Holistic Practice of Anne-Marie Duuring was born. The foundation of my practice is to work with people in a personal and holistic way, where I integrate all my knowledge and life experience. Welcome to my practice, where your well-being is central!
