Do you sometimes feel like you just can't figure things out, but that the threshold to ask for help is simply too high? Thoughts like 'I can do it myself', 'I've always done it myself', and 'I don't need anyone' are probably familiar to you. You convince yourself that everything is fine and continue with your life. However, your body indicates otherwise. Vague complaints, low energy, insecurity, a low self-image, countless (negative) thoughts, the tendency to eat unhealthily and exercise little... My life has been, to put it mildly, quite bumpy. At 13, I suddenly lost my mother. Since then, my life has never been the same. I had to grow up quickly, and I had no idea how to carry the sorrow. I found an autopilot that allowed me to lead my life. I managed quite well for 12 years! Until I experienced an intense burnout at 26. I had to relearn how to feel. I had to get to know myself again. From that moment on, I began to look at the world differently, especially at myself. When I unexpectedly had to say goodbye to my father in March 2023, I was back on solid ground. This time, I approached it differently. I took a break so that my grieving process could have the space it needed. Various forms of therapy, coaching, retreats, body work, and breath work have crossed my path. Each has helped me to be who I am now, but especially because I have given myself the space to grow, to fall, and to get back up again. I have always felt that I wanted to turn my sadness into strength. That the things that have happened to me were not for nothing. In this way, I hope to inspire others. No matter where you are, there is always a way out. From all the therapies I have undergone and the life lessons I have learned, one thing has become very clear to me: there is only one person with whom you must share your entire life. And that is YOURSELF. That's why I decided to become best friends with myself. During my training in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, I learned that everything is interconnected. In my sessions, I guide you from a holistic perspective: how we think, how our body feels, how we feel emotionally, the exchange of energy we experience when we are in contact with others, and the purpose we give to our lives. I guide you on your path to more inner peace, self-esteem, and self-love. With a healthy foundation. So that you can establish a strong foundation for yourself that will benefit you for the rest of your life. In my practice, I apply holistic coaching, awareness, and body work. I follow my feelings and intuition. The power and knowledge of our own bodies are incredible. I believe that the more we sink into our bodies, the more we can be ourselves. Without confirmation from the outside. In my practice, I offer you a mirror, where you can look at yourself from head to toe. Without judgment. I lovingly guide you, without judgment, and with a down-to-earth perspective. There is certainly room for humor too. With a wink. After all, we don't have to take life too seriously.
