I have been trained in the psychology of visual and creative expressions, mindfulness, nonviolent communication, storytelling, various forms of spirituality, and of course the fascinating world of dreams. Additionally, I offer healing/reading and gemstone treatments. Dreams are my great love, and I have been working with much joy, wonder, interest, and fascination on my own dreams and those of others for a long time. My knowledge and tools range from metaphysics, shamanism, reiki, A Course in Miracles, working with gemstones, zen meditation, healing, and reading to creative therapeutic modalities. I completed my dream training at the ITIP (Institute for Applied Integral Psychology). There, I attended an engaging advanced program in which I deepened my skills related to dream interpretation and energetic work with dreams. Furthermore, I have completed a shamanistically oriented dream training under the guidance of American dream expert Robert Moss at the Moss Dream School to become a Dream Teacher. Additionally, I am a certified healer according to the guidelines of the Center for Life and Intuition, and I graduated as a creative therapist from HU. Currently, I am pursuing an advanced course at Phoenix that focuses on the combination of systemic and artistic work. Creative therapy is a form of psychotherapy that is very suitable for exploring the dream world.
