Welcome to my website! I am Senem Rayman-Özkan, married and mother of a beautiful daughter. We live together in Schalkhaar, but I originally come from Arnhem. Since 2015, I have been dedicated to healthcare, first in various hospitals and since 2019 as a self-employed professional. My experience covers different departments and target groups, where I look beyond just the care needs. My focus is on the person and striving for self-reliance and balance. The path to Calm, Trust, and Joy! Unlike the high workload in hospitals, the patient is central to my practice. In 2024, I expanded my business to devote more time and attention to my patients/clients. My personal experience with a traumatic birth in 2022 has heightened my awareness of "pregnancy, prepostpartum, recovery, mental well-being, motherhood." After a breech presentation at 35 weeks, followed by an external version, a normal delivery seemed possible. Unfortunately, this resulted in a C-section at 39+4 weeks, an emotional and traumatic moment. My personal experience and the realization of the importance of mental support during and after childbirth have shaped my passion and specialization. I understand that you, like me, are not alone. My focus is on mothers, pregnant women, and those in the prepostpartum stage, as I want to help you take back control of your life.
