'Breath is the essence of who you are, Yoga is the key to vitality' Your breathing is a reflection of how you live. Most of us breathe shallowly and unconsciously. This manifests in both physical, mental, and emotional complaints, such as low energy, lethargy, depression, and a lack of control over your life. As a breath coach, I teach you to breathe fully, deeply, and in a flow again. Under guidance, I invite you to let go of old pains and blocked energy layer by layer. It requires courage, trust, and perseverance to breathe through everything that comes to the surface. In my experience, participants experience more peace, (life) energy, clarity, and a deeper trust in life. "We need more oxygen than we give ourselves". Karin experienced postpartum depression after the birth of her daughter, and then Yin Yoga came her way, followed by breathwork a few years later.
