I have been working as a coach in healthcare for years. Additionally, I have completed a coaching training for guiding people who are highly sensitive, I am trained to give Reiki, and I have gained a lot of knowledge in laying tarot cards. I myself am highly sensitive and have learned to move from complaint to strength and to look at the advantages of being highly sensitive. My mission is to help others in their search or to support them with development questions. From experience, I know that sometimes therapy alone is not enough to make the connection with your feelings and to come home to yourself. Reiki, meditation, visualization, and tools like card laying and table setups have helped me gain insights and listen better to my feelings again. I wish this for you too!
