Pascale Marijnissen shares her personal journey of self-discovery and healing. As a child, she lost both parents, which led to a love-hate relationship with food as a way to cope with her sadness and insecurity. She struggled with various eating disorders and tried countless diets, medications, and even surgeries, but nothing seemed to work. Her body sent multiple warning signals, such as edema, blood sugar issues, kidney failure, and liver problems, which she initially ignored. After a series of medical tests with no results, the removal of a melanoma and teratoma, a divorce, a hospitalization, and a car accident, Pascale realized that there had to be more. This realization led to a spiritual experience that changed her perspective. She began to replace self-rejection with self-love, which positively affected her self-esteem and her relationship with food. By accepting herself, her health and well-being improved significantly. Pascale's experiences have shaped her into the person she is today, someone who believes in the power of self-knowledge and authenticity. With 'Pure Prana by Pascale,' she wants to share her passion for FeelGood and FeelGoodFood moments. Her mission is to use her knowledge, experiences, and wisdom to inspire others and remind them of their own worth and completeness. She strives to contribute to the well-being, health, and happiness of the world, and offers support to others to see and be themselves. Love, Pascale ♥
