Lot Coaching

For many of us, life moves quickly. Our schedules have been full for weeks, even months in advance. We rush from one appointment to another. At times, we feel like we are drowning. Then it is nice to have a place where you can slow down. Where you can come to rest. Slowing down in the sense of (career) coaching or attending workshops on various themes such as setting boundaries, self-care, resilience, ... or by participating in (barefoot) walking days and weekends where space is created for silence and self-reflection. My practice is located next to a beautiful piece of nature. Regularly, I take coachees and groups into nature to experience the healing power of nature. I experienced the healing power of nature myself when I suffered from burnout in 2019. To this day, I still seek out nature and love to guide others in their process together with nature.
