Hello, I am Lisette, In my practice, I meet many pleasers, responsible individuals, sensitive people, control freaks, and perfectionists. Beautiful aspects of people that have brought them far. Yet, these individuals come to my practice, often because there is a side that has different desires. For example, someone might be seeking more peace, wanting to stand more firmly in their shoes, better guarding their own boundaries, letting less in, or wanting to try a bit less hard. Together, we will explore all these beautiful sides of you and even have conversations with these aspects. We will listen to the stories they have to tell. Then, wonderful things happen. I will always let you lead. What matters at this moment, or what arises, that is what we will work on. Through my training and depth of study, I have a large toolbox from which to draw. This includes various methods, advice, tips, and information that can help you. My roots are in the arts and HR.
