I teach you to listen to your body and feelings again, so that you can live YOUR life from your inner strength. Your mind and body are inextricably linked. We sometimes forget that, as our brain is so strong and we often live from our heads. With my experience, down-to-earth and sensitive approach, I help you reconnect with your whole self, both mind and body. With Reiki, systemic work, and coaching, you will gradually come closer to yourself.
