Sometimes we get stuck in life. Recurring patterns, stress, or uncertainty can hinder us from growing and living fully. As a therapist and coach, I help you gain insight into yourself and take steps toward a life that suits you better. In my sessions, I work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Animal Assisted Therapy using a dog, and coaching. This means that in addition to having conversations, it is also possible, if desired, to leverage the power of dogs to help you grow. You develop yourself by performing practical exercises with a dog. Our meetings take place in your home. When using Animal Assisted Therapy, we will also regularly go outside where we will work on practical exercises in collaboration with the dog. My approach is personal, engaged, and goal-oriented. Whether it's about boosting your self-confidence, increasing your resilience, dealing with stress, or improving social skills, I look at what you need and adjust my guidance accordingly. I know what it feels like to feel stuck and how valuable it is to receive the right support. Therefore, I find it important to help you (re)find yourself and feel empowered in life again.
