Practice Tupay

Everyone can experience a significant event in life. For example, due to loss or trauma. This can turn your entire life upside down. Sometimes it is simply a matter of getting up and moving on. But sometimes that is not possible. Events can be so heavy that you cannot just step over them. Even if others expect it from you; that you should "be over it by now...". But emotions are sometimes like weeds: if you don't tackle them at the root, they come back right after the first rain shower. Sometimes you need some help to learn and understand your emotions. In addition to various degrees/training and life experience, I have been an expert by experience and a caregiver for people with mental vulnerabilities. This has allowed me to look at situations from different angles. It has broadened my perspective on behavior and the underlying issues. I don't like to think in boxes and prefer to see the person in their entirety, believing that a neurodiverse brain should be embraced. The above experiences enable me to look deeper (together with you), allowing us to reach that deeper layer where the solution often lies.
