I guide mothers and girls who are searching for who they really are and what they would like to do from their authentic selves. Because they have often adjusted to others, they have actually lost themselves. This can be due to traumas or events they have not been able to process in the past. Every girl, every woman, every mother is unique, and I approach you accordingly. After the intake, I create a coaching plan to determine the general direction we will take, but I also operate a lot based on my intuition. As a holistic coach, I do not only address the complaint but also look at where it comes from. Through NEI therapy, I can disconnect emotional and physical blockages in you, allowing you to live more freely and lightly. With children, I work alongside NEI therapy with massages, therapeutic drawing, and essential oils. A safe space where you can share your story is the foundation of coaching.
