For example, a limiting belief like 'I can’t do it anyway,' restlessness in your body, fears, being easily irritated, or other mood problems. However, these held emotions also impact our cells and can, often after years, express themselves in physical complaints such as an irregular cycle, allergies, fertility issues, and much more. But how do you know which held emotions are lying beneath your complaint? We will retrieve these answers together from your subconscious. It is a kind of unlimited memory archive where everything you have felt, experienced, and learned is stored. Your subconscious even remembers how you felt with your mother in the womb. Quite remarkable, isn’t it! In my practice, I work as an Energetic Medical Therapist with a Biotensor. With this bio-energetic measuring instrument, we jointly trace the emotional blockages behind your complaint, see how old you were when you felt these emotions, and what these emotions were related to. We release these emotional blockages together using breathing and visualization exercises, systemic constellations, and supportive remedies from homeopathy and phytotherapy. It is a gentle method that is also very suitable for babies and children who cannot yet speak or express themselves well.
