Your inner space is a place where you experience total peace, find balance, and can be fully present in the moment. Here, you can feel your own power and energy shine, and find unconditional love for yourself. It is a place you can always return to, especially when life becomes overwhelming. This inner space serves as a receiving and processing center for sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Here, your patterns, beliefs, and traumas unfold, along with the protective mechanisms that arise from them. When you are not aware of what is happening in this inner space, it can become a chaotic mess. Knowing your inner space is a valuable addition to your life. It enables you to experience emotions and thoughts without being overwhelmed. You stand firm and do not lose yourself in the chaos of life.
