Space and Quiet

I am an expert in trauma and grief. I have experienced a lot myself, including traumatic births, the loss of my stillborn son, and the death of my sister by suicide. I have also dealt with rapes, addiction, and arrests, among other things. As a result, I have experienced PTSD, depression, and burnout. Yes, everything was intertwined. I was 16 when I became a mother. In short, I have been through a lot... and at one point everything seemed hopeless. Until I decided that I wanted to get more out of life. I then confronted my traumas through physical and spiritual work and put myself first. After that, I started training to become a holistic therapist, where I now have a nice practice. I am also increasingly working with horses, which brings me joy. So, no matter what is going on in your life right now, where you come from, know that you can always make a choice for a more beautiful life in which you stand in your power and make choices that are truly good for you.
