For the past ten years, I have been on a mission to guide as many people as possible on the journey from the mind to the heart. To create a life that feels aligned and that you truly desire. Often, we seek the solution outside ourselves, but it actually lies within. Creating your own reality from the inside out, by learning to trust your intuition, your motivations, and your values. I use various tools for this, such as breathwork, yoga, meditation, and visualization. With the right tools and guidance, it is not very difficult; it just requires commitment and practice. I work with groups or one-on-one, always sensing what is needed. I have a practice in Breda and am often traveling to host retreats abroad or to give workshops at companies.
