By breaking patterns, letting go of emotions, or limiting beliefs. And coming out of your head and into your body, living in the here and now. Your intuition also communicates through dreams. At Studio Intuition, you can also seek dream coaching. Intuition is the theme that I am completely passionate about. My mission on this earth is to reconnect everyone with their intuition. My name is Sabine Stapel, 45 years old, and I live with my two daughters and cat in Leiden. I believe in the golden combination of mindfulness, dream work, and reiki. Within the field of coaching, I am particularly passionate about dream work, systemic work (constellations), and body work. The energetic side of our system and working with it fascinates me, and when reiki came into my life two years ago, it completed the picture. It is precisely this combination of dream work, coaching, mindfulness, and Reiki that is so powerful. They support each other, allowing for a transformation to take place in a short time. A transformation towards a lighter and more intuitive life, in connection with your authentic self.
