My name is Bianca Nistro, I am a Family and Relationship Therapist and a Life Coach. The sessions with clients aim to give the people who come my way a new perspective, allowing for significant positive progress, both personally and socially. As a relationship therapist, I focus on the four horsemen that cause the most relationship problems: criticism, contempt, defensiveness, and stonewalling. As a family therapist, I focus on the family as a system, to create a positive family culture where appreciation is central, restructuring and identifying pitfalls within the system, motivating families to improve communication between, for example, parents and children through interventions, individual issues and psychopathology, family structure, and the function of complaints, grief processing, divorce, and sexual problems. The relationship therapy I use in my work comes from the Gottman Method from the USA. The Gottmans have over 30 years of experience with, among others, couples who cannot find a way out of their conflicts but still love each other. The name of my practice, "The Evolution of the Soul," is a conscious choice. I believe in the process of our evolution as humans. The awareness of who we truly are and how we can then improve our lives and relationships with our own resources. The 20-minute intake interview is free and takes place via video call. Afterward, the sessions take place online or in the practice.
