The reason I do my work is because I felt and experienced that the 'problems' I faced with my children had to do with me. They remind me every day that many ingrained patterns are super unhealthy for me as a person. They did everything they could to wake me up, and how annoying I found that. It was frustrating to have to open that can of worms. My survival mechanism was enormous. It was necessary back then. I had NO choice. Now I do have that choice. I choose differently now. My children make me feel every day that I matter, BUT it is not their responsibility to take on that task. It is up to me to give myself everything I so desperately needed before. I have learned what a healthy way is for me to take care of myself. A deeply rooted pattern of giving, finding everyone more important than yourself. No one has learned how to receive before. And now it is up to me to break this pattern. Not only for myself, but also for my children. I can make a difference, and so can you. I would not have undertaken this process for anyone else but for my children. I didn't think I was important at all. For my children, I wanted to do this differently, and the only way to do that is inward. I started this for them and I am now doing it for ME! When you can truly see what your children want to tell you, life can really begin. It is the most beautiful gift of life that I received and I wish this for every mother. I mainly work with mothers who struggle with behavioral problems in their child, themes they encounter in motherhood, and how that relates to their own family of origin. You are the example, and only you can make the difference for them.
