Hi, I am Freke. Mother, sister, wife, girlfriend, coach, entrepreneur, Frisian in Haarlem... but above all, a curious soul who lives life to the fullest. I facilitate truffle ceremonies, breath circles, microdose journeys, release sessions, and coaching programs. For ten years, I was a hard worker in the corporate world and the social enterprise I started. A number of life events made me realize that I wanted to live more from my heart, and thus began an inner journey... Now, I only do what makes my heart sing: which is to guide you back to your essence. So that you can start thriving again! I love to help you experience who you are and especially who you are not - all your old pain, limiting beliefs, and patterns. Over the past 10 years, I have gathered a beautiful toolbox to help you with that. My starting point is to empower you completely by teaching you to use these tools yourself.
