My mission/passion I guide women during their personal growth process. I have the passion within me to elevate women to the next level in a safe way because I know how beautiful it is to live your life the way you are meant to be on this earth; without carrying the heavy burden of unprocessed trauma on your shoulders. Emotions that are not properly processed initially manifest mentally. For example, a limiting belief like 'I can’t do it anyway', restlessness in your body, fears, quick irritability, or other mood problems. But these suppressed emotions also affect our cells and can manifest, often after years, in physical complaints such as an irregular cycle, allergies, anxiety, poor sleep, and much more. But how do you know which suppressed emotions are lurking beneath your complaint? Together we will draw these answers from your body. The body keeps the score. Your body has so much to say, only you often don’t remember what. You know these expressions, right?: What’s weighing on your mind? Something is weighing heavily on your stomach. I’m holding my heart. Your body indicates where the emotional blockages are. We will release these emotional blockages together by using visualization exercises, (family) constellations, inner child work and I work with the biotensor. The biotensor is an energetic measuring instrument. With the biotensor, we will trace the emotional blockages behind your complaint, see how old you were when you felt these emotions, and what these emotions were related to. All of these gentle methods ensure that you do not have to relive your trauma. Your body and subconscious "speak" for you. My sessions are magical.
