After more than 15 years of academic study and practical experience, with a Master's degree in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences & Clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology, Thomas has specialized in various fields, including Fascial Manipulation and Intermittent Living. These areas of expertise have given him a deep understanding of human functioning. In 2018, I founded my own practice – De Kinesisten – together with two partners. As an inspirer, holistic therapist, and coach, I guide individuals and companies in the areas of inner peace and physical healing. By nature, I have an enormous zest for life. My energy flows abundantly when I feel a connection to what I do. Finding my passion has led to dedication and mastery. My motivation and inner drive stemmed from my own quest for optimal health. When I was told at the age of 21 that I would develop Crohn's disease and face a life filled with chronic illness, medication, and surgeries, it deeply affected me. I decided that this would NOT be my future. It made me think and put me on my path. Thus, I began searching for ways to optimize my health and banish the disease from my life, from biohacking and intermittent fasting to KPNI, breathwork, and meditation. And I succeeded, exactly as I always believed! In the past, I lived with complaints that I considered normal at the time. Think of regular abdominal pain, energy dips after eating, diarrhea, bloating, bad breath, lower back pain, a stream of negative thoughts, shame, sadness, and so on. But I realized that this was not right. Driven by my passion for the human body and my own complaints, I sought out the source. The lessons I have learned, along with all the knowledge I have gained during my training, I convey in my keynotes, workshops, and therapies.
