By undertaking my own journey after my burnout, I encountered along the way what ignited my inner fire. Working with energy. The life force that flows through everyone, but becomes blocked due to circumstances in this life or influenced by past lives, can affect who you are at your essence. Blockages and limiting beliefs arise, leading to stagnation in your life energy. When this energy can no longer flow properly, stagnation occurs. This stagnation can also manifest as physical, mental, and emotional complaints. When the body is physically touched at specific points or energetically in your energy field, the life force can begin to flow again. This creates space and calm in your body. I guide you back to the core, to who you truly are. My practice is based at home and has a warm, peaceful atmosphere. I work intuitively and sense what is needed.
