‍Sara has been incorporating entheogenic and traditional plant medicine for over a decade in her personal journey. As a modern medicine woman, she bridges the gap between ancient traditions and science. As a transformation coach she incorporates NLP, transpersonal psychology, trauma integration, thought inquiry, and emotional processing techniques. Taking a holistic approach she uses energy healing, yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and herbology in her practice.
